The first step to any project is aligning on background info, project requirements, goals, timelines, and developing a comprehensive brief that we can work off of together to stay on track and measure our success throughout the project.

After we align on the project scope and are literally on the same page we can begin the prototyping process. This is where we will make working prototypes that you and your team can review,  evaluate, and request revisions until we all agree we hit the project brief targets and area ready to move on.

Lastly, but most importantly commercialization is bringing the product(s) to a commercial-ready condition. This phase is  the most complex and time consuming and involves: finding the right co-packer/manufacturing equipment, production trials, and final sign-offs. Your  team will take it from here and you'll be ready for your new turn-key manufacturing operation.
