Founder and Certified Food Scientist, Dan has >20 years experience in the food industry from farm to fork specializing in product development of better-for-you natural food and beverage products. After working professionally as a food scientist for many other brands, Dan decided to go off on his own and help other people develop their dream products and opened up Apple and Orchard Labs, LLC in January 2020. Apple and Orchard Labs is one of the most streamlined boutique R&D firms specializing in "seed to shelf" for natural food & beverage products
